Fresh sandwiches, salads and soups are served daily at Twigs Café. The staff places an emphasis on locally-sourced ingredients in season, and is committed to supporting local agriculture and the farm-to-table movement.
They offer seasonal dining on the terrace, with its magnificent view of Wachusett Reservoir and Wachusett Mountain. During the cooler months, guests are served in the Great Hall, warmed with a glowing fire in the grand fireplace.
New Chef at Twigs Café
Tower Hill Botanic Garden is delighted to welcome their new chef manager, David Bigelbach to Twigs Café. David brings a solid professional background focusing on farm-to-table cuisine, including 13 years as Executive Sous Chef at Henrietta's Table at the Charles Hotel in Cambridge. His passions include cheese making (yogurt, butter, buttermilk and cheese), home brewing, fermenting (vegetables and fruits) and baking. He is excited to build on the cafe's success while partnering with local farmers and suppliers. David frequently uses WALKER FARM meats, especially for his stews and soups.
